What we train

Three pillars, every week.

Every session builds on the last. Strength is the base, and speed and movement work rotate on top of it, so nothing you're training gets neglected.

Athlete performing a strength training exercise

Strength

Every day starts here. Load-bearing work that builds the base everything else is trained on top of.

Coach demonstrating a speed and agility drill

Speed & agility

Sprint mechanics, first-step quickness, and change-of-direction work built for game speed.

Athlete performing movement and mobility training

Movement

Core control, mobility, and body-position fundamentals that keep athletes healthy and hard to knock off balance.

Why train here

Built for any athlete, at any school.

Phase 1 Northwest runs out of one location, on one schedule, with one standard: you don't need to attend AVHS, and you don't need to already be "the fast kid" to start.

Open to every athlete in grades 6 and up, regardless of school
Same coach-led strength block every session, so fundamentals never get skipped
Four days on the calendar every week: Monday through Thursday
